Exchanges for Different or Defective Products:

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or different from the one you ordered, follow these steps to exchange it:

  1. Inform our team via email within 3 days of receiving the product. Attach clear photos of the defective product or the wrong product you received.

  2. After your complaint is received, we will review the situation within 2 business days.

  3. After confirming the problem, we will contact you via email to offer you the following options:

    • Sending a new product equal to the one ordered.
    • Sending a product of similar value.
    • Issuance of a coupon with the value of the product for use in future purchases.

Inadequate Size:

Please make sure to check the measurements in centimeters provided for each product in order to avoid errors when choosing the size. We do not exchange products due to inadequate sizes, following the guidelines of the Consumer Protection Code.

Consumer Legislation:

Our exchange and returns policy complies with the Portuguese Consumer Protection Code - Article 18. According to legislation, the right to exchange is only guaranteed for products with manufacturing defects.
